Deco Framing across France
Déco Charpente builds more than 400 shelters per year and has 9 concessions in PACA, Occitanie and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The company covers the departments of: Var, Bouches-du-Rhône, Hérault, Vaucluse, Alpes-Maritimes, Drôme, Ardèche, Gard, Rhône and Isère.
She designs and manufactures her wooden shelters in her workshop in Brignoles (Var, 83), adjacent to her design office. Several carpenters and industrial designers work in these premises.

Workshop carpenter
Motivated and meticulous, the wood carpenter must listen to the team leader. 2 years' experience in construction, carpentry and carpentry will be appreciated.
Missions:
- Blank assembly of manufactured frames
- Working on woodworking machines (router, band saw, sander, etc.)
- Hand machining for finishing wooden pieces.
Team leader carpenter
You will have the role of team leader on construction sites. Rigorous and meticulous, the wood carpenter must be versatile. On the one hand, he will have to supervise a team and on the other hand be an expert in framing methods. A CAP level as well as initial experience are required for the position.
Missions:

- Fixing frames and adjustments
- Installation of battens and suitable covering (tiles, etc.)

Carpenter
The installation carpenter must listen to the team leader. A CAP level and a strong appetite for wood and the carpenter profession would be a plus for the position. Internal training on the installation of our products will take place upon your entry.

Assistant carpenter
To support carpenters in their work, Déco Charpente is recruiting carpenter assistants. For this position, the company is looking for a person with first experience or a beginner who is motivated, eager to learn and responsible.
Missions:
- Assistance with the installation of frames
- Help with fixing frames and adjustments
- Assistance with the installation of battens and suitable roofing (tiles, etc.)
Workshop technician
Rigorous and dynamic, the workshop technician must listen to the workshop director and know how to work in a team. It will be in collaboration with the design office. Internal training on operating the machine will take place upon entry.
Assignment :
- Control of the numerically controlled machine
Wood designer draftsman
Meticulous and organized, the designer designer must listen to the workshop manager. No experience is required for this position. The wood designer draftsmen work in the Brignoles design office.
Missions:
- Art of the framing line
- Preparation of plans using SEMA drawing software
- Study and design for the shelters to be manufactured
- Transfer to numerically controlled machines

“Previously a roofer, I decided to join the team of Déco Charpente after having followed a 9-month AFPA training course to learn the carpentry. As'artisan, I am always on the lookout for what is happening in the sector and that is how I discovered the company about ten years ago. As soon as I obtained my CAP, I turned to Déco Charpente because their very high quality shelters are accessible in technical terms.
Today, I work on one or two projects per week. Working in small team, I count on others to carry out our missions by being punctual and motivated. In this job, it is also necessary to be precise, to have some knowledge of mathematics and to have the ability to read a plan.
