The parts of our wooden shelters are custom-made in our Déco Charpente workshop and design office in Brignoles (Var, 83).

Designing a tailor-made project

To begin, the 3D models are carried out in the design office by our designers then transmitted to theworkshop to cut the pieces with a controlled machine digital. The carpenters control the machine to machine the elements following the plans.

Preparing the wooden frame

Before installing the frame, a White Mount parts is carried out in the design area to determine the nature of the assemblies. So the dimensions, cuts and angles parts are analyzed down to the smallest detail to check that everything fits correctly. This step aims to ensure that the cinternal quality control is respected to provide full satisfaction to customers.

Shelter assembly in place

When'shelter is completed, the various elements are sent to the customer's home. Our team of fitter carpenters position them farms, which rest on walls or supporting posts.

Then, the carpenters install the horizontal purlins using a mallet to connect the farms in order to obtain better resistance. Along the breakdowns, in the direction of the slope of the roof, rafters are placed to distribute the weight of the structure. To finish, battens are added to accommodate the roof tiles of the roof.

The carpenters finish with the installation of finishes selected by the customer: purlin head, cladding, diamond point, etc.
