In the universe of the manufacturing shelter, the choice of wood plays a major role, both for its structural qualities and for its visual impact.

Great care is taken in the provenance of our raw materials, which is why the drink that we use comes from sustainably managed forests and is labeled PEFC.

We offer you two carefully selected species, which adapt to the style of your home: spruce as well as the douglas natural and autoclaved.

Our tailor-made shelters

Douglas fir, a wood with exceptional performance

Known for its good natural durability, the douglas is weather resistant and has excellent mechanical strength. It performs better than many other types of drink softwood, allowing it to be used in demanding structural applications including beams, columns and heavy load supports. This essence also offers good insulating properties, both thermally and acoustically.

To improve its durability, we have chosen to apply a treatment autoclave brown Or gray.

Spruce, a light and delicate wood

The wood spruce generally has a light color, ranging from white to pale yellow, with a fine and homogeneous grain, which can be very aesthetically pleasing in creations. Relatively light compared to its resistance, spruce is ideal for structures requiring both durability and lightness. This wood also lends itself well to painting and varnishing.

Each essence brings its own advantages, whether in terms of structural strength, aesthetics or environmental performance. By choosing our custom shelters, you choose a shelter sustainable that will blend harmoniously into your outdoor living space. We invite you to discover the superior quality and natural elegance of our shelters.
